At Narashansa Organics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the perishable nature of FMCG items such as ghee, honey, and food products, we accept returns only in the following conditions:
✅ Eligibility for Return:
- Product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect
- Issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Product remains unopened and unused with original packaging
🚫 Not Eligible for Return:
- Change of mind or no longer needed
- Tampered, opened, or used products
- Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery

- Our support team will review your request and arrange pickup if eligible.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
