Damaged Product

  • One outer box image
  • Two clear images of the damaged product

Missing Product

Spoiled Product

If you receive a spoiled product, notify us within 2 days of the delivery date through WhatsApp at +91 – 81231 52502. We will ensure the refund or rplacement will be done promptly provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Date of packaging/manufacture
  • Clear images or video of the product

We will replace the product after due investigation and diligence, ensuring a fair outcome. Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours.
